Hon. Ambaka Kilinga is the Clerk to Vihiga County Assembly. Formerly he was the County Director Teachers Service Commission, Meru County. Previously he was the County Director Teachers Service Commission, West Pokot County. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in Economics and Business Studies from Kenyatta University, an Executive Masters Degree in Education, Leadership and Policy Management from Moi University. He also holds a certificate in Strategic Leadership from Kenya School of Government.

Having served in Public Service sector in senior positions for more than a decade, he has a wealth of experience in Transformative Leadership and Management in best Practices.
